By using roskoconcrete.com or engaging Rosko Concrete Inc. for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued. A quote is based on the conditions visible at the site visit. If excavation reveals conditions that could not reasonably have been seen – buried debris, unstable subgrade, undisclosed utilities – we will stop, tell you, and provide a written change order before continuing. We do not proceed with extra billable work without your written approval.
Concrete work in Alberta is weather-dependent. We will not pour in conditions that compromise the result. Scheduled dates may move due to temperature, precipitation, or ground conditions. We give as much notice as we can, and rescheduling for weather does not entitle either party to cancel or claim damages.
A deposit is required to secure a pour date, with the balance due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Overdue balances may accrue interest at 1.5% per month (19.56% per annum). We are entitled to register a builders’ lien in accordance with the Alberta Prompt Payment and Construction Lien Act.
We warrant our workmanship for five years from the date of completion. The warranty covers defects arising from how we built the work. It does not cover:
You are responsible for providing clear access for trucks and equipment, and for identifying any private underground services such as irrigation lines, invisible fencing, or private electrical runs. We arrange locates for public utilities. We are not liable for damage to unmarked private services.
Concrete is a natural material. Colour, texture, and aggregate exposure will vary between batches, pours, and weather conditions. Samples show the intended character, not an exact match. Variation within normal tolerance is not a defect.
To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, our total liability arising from any work is limited to the amount you paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Alberta courts.
