1. Services

Rosko Concrete Inc. ("Rosko Concrete", "we", "us") provides residential concrete installation and repair services in Calgary, Alberta and surrounding areas. Services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, walkways, stamped concrete, garage pads, and repairs.

2. Quotes and Estimates

All written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Quotes are based on the scope of work described at the time of assessment. Changes to scope, access conditions, or unforeseen site conditions may result in revised pricing. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

3. Contracts and Deposits

A signed work agreement is required before any project begins. A deposit may be required to secure your project start date. Deposit amounts and payment schedules will be outlined in your written agreement.

4. Cancellations

If you cancel a confirmed project more than 72 hours before the scheduled start date, your deposit will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 72 hours of the scheduled start may result in forfeiture of the deposit to cover mobilization and scheduling costs.

5. Workmanship Warranty

Rosko Concrete warrants all workmanship against defects caused by our installation. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

• Normal settling or heaving due to soil conditions beyond our control
• Damage caused by heavy vehicle loads on residential-spec concrete
• Deicing salts applied within the first two years
• Flooding, acts of nature, or external damage

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within the warranty period specified in your project agreement.

6. Concrete Characteristics

Hairline cracks in concrete are normal and expected due to the nature of the material and Alberta's freeze-thaw climate. Minor cracking does not constitute a defect. We will advise on proper sealing and maintenance to minimize cracking.

7. Payment Terms

Final payment is due upon project completion and your inspection and approval of the finished work. Accepted payment methods will be outlined in your agreement. Outstanding balances after 30 days may be subject to interest charges.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rosko Concrete's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the project contract. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
