Most residential driveways land between $9 and $14 per square foot depending on size, access, tear-out of the existing slab, and finish. A typical two-car driveway runs $6,500 to $11,000. Jeff gives you a fixed written quote after a site visit – no allowances that creep up later.

Two to three days on site for a standard residential driveway: one day for tear-out and base prep, one day to form and pour, and a short day to strip forms and seal. Weather can add a day.

Foot traffic after 24 to 48 hours. Light vehicle traffic at seven days. Heavy vehicles, trailers, or dumpsters should wait the full 28-day cure.

If you are changing the curb crossing or the driveway footprint, yes. Replacing an existing driveway in the same footprint usually does not require one. We handle the application either way.

MPa is compressive strength. Alberta code minimum for residential slabs is 25 MPa. We pour 32 MPa with 6% air entrainment as standard – the higher strength and the entrained air are what stop surface spalling after repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
